This site was excavated as part of the recently completed BGE (Northern Ireland) gas pipeline. This site consisted of a semicircular ditch and four post-holes. The 7m-long ditch, which was aligned roughly north-east/south-west, measured 0.4–0.7m wide, with an average depth of 0.2m. It had a U-shaped profile with a sharp break of slope at the top, a gradual break of slope at the base and steep sloping sides. It had a single fill of friable mid-brown sandy clay with occasional charcoal. Two oval post-holes were situated to the north of the ditch at its west end. The first measured 0.4m in diameter by 0.08m deep, with a single fill of light-brown sandy clay. The second measured 0.45m in diameter by 0.4m deep and was filled with light-brown sandy clay. The other two post-holes, both oval in plan, lay on the exterior of the ditch. One measured 0.4m in diameter by 0.15m deep and the other 0.45m in diameter by 0.2m deep and each had a single fill of brown sandy clay.
