An archaeological evaluation was required in advance of the construction of a church hall for Bushmills parish church. The proposed site was located just outside the boundary of the historic settlement of Bushmills (ANT007–087) and c. 50m north-west of the site of a medieval parish church (ANT007–001). Two test-trenches were excavated. The site was found to be quite heavily disturbed by modern field drains and nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered in either of the trenches.
