A non-disturbance archaeological assessment took place of a 200m section of lakebed prior to the construction of a raw-water intake and pump-house on the eastern edge of Killnure Lough. The development is expected to have minimal impact on the lakebed and existing land conditions. Systematic visual inspection and magnetometer survey was undertaken across a 200m by 60m area that included the lake foreshore. No archaeologically significant materials or features were encountered.
