Testing and monitoring was undertaken on groundworks associated with the construction of a hotel at Bridge Street/Mary Street/Summerhill Terrace, Waterford. The proposed development is c. 160m outside the zone of archaeological potential for the medieval city of Waterford. No archaeological features or artefacts were identified during monitoring.
