Works for the clubhouse building on a disturbed area at the western edge of the recently reconstructed GAA pitch adjacent to a ringfort now concealed under a sand pitch, at Ballynashee, Geevagh, were monitored in early 2005. The ground at the southern end had been previously disturbed when an earlier clubhouse was demolished. The northern end had previously been stripped of most of its topsoil. There were no archaeological discoveries.
