The proposed development is to consist of a single house, access, garage, septic tank and percolation area. A ring-barrow is located c. 100m to the north. Five trenches were excavated across the site in April 2005. All measured 10m by 1.5m and were excavated to a depth of 0.35–0.4m. No archaeological activity was detected.
