Excavation was undertaken at Site 105 as part of the N2 Clontibret–Castleblayney road realignment. During testing the remains of three post-medieval structures were uncovered. The topsoil in the area was removed to uncover any enclosing element for the structures. From the material recovered, the three structures appeared to be 18th/19th-century farm buildings. Only a single course of all three structures remained intact at the time of recording.
