Planning permission was granted for a bungalow, wastewater treatment system and new entrance. The proposed development site is 70–80m north-east of a complex of ringforts and an associated souterrain (SMR 6:49–51). The entire area to be developed was reduced to subsoil. No archaeological features were exposed and no artefacts were recovered.
