Monitoring of topsoil-stripping was carried out from 10 to 17 May 2005. No archaeological features or artefacts were discovered. Further monitoring of topsoil-stripping was carried out from 14 to 23 November. A charcoal ring-ditch with c. 3m diameter was discovered during monitoring. The site was cordoned off and awaits excavation.
