A condition of planning permission required monitoring of groundworks on a site at the north-east angle of the Abbey of St Mary d’Urso. A few sherds of medieval pottery and some post-medieval wares were recovered. The site had been previously tested but no medieval or early post-medieval features were uncovered. The site was badly disturbed by modern building.
