Pre-development testing was undertaken as part of an assessment at the site of a proposed development partly located within the zone of archaeological potential for a ringfort, SMR 57:46(01), and souterrain, 57:46(02), at Lissavane East, Milltown, Killorglin. Two test-trenches were excavated on the footprint of the foundations of the proposed dwelling and along the driveway and no archaeological material was recorded.
