Monitoring of development works was carried out on a site immediately north-west of SMR 127:14, a 20th-century garden feature comprising a flat-topped earthen mound with a wooden cross at the top. An area measuring 28m by up to 23m was mechanically excavated. The stratigraphy comprised 0.28m of topsoil overlying natural subsoil. The ground at the north of the site had been disturbed previously during the insertion of services which ran across the northern end and nothing of archaeological significance was found.
