The site extends over a 0.016ha area, fronting onto Station Road, Lusk. It is located just over 100m east of the road alignment, which demarcates the line of the enclosure of the early medieval foundation of St Doolagh’s. A test excavation was carried out on 14 September 2005. Two test-trenches were excavated at the site; no archaeological deposits or features were identified.
