Monitoring of topsoil-stripping was carried out in mid-April 2005 at a residential development of 85 houses at Scarva Road, Banbridge. The development area was previously an open greenfield site, measuring c. 175m along the southern limit (from east–west) by 80m along the northern limit by 240m (north–south). Nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered.
