A single dwelling with associated garage, septic tank, driveway and services was proposed for a site on elevated ground (80m OD) at Lissacholly, Bundoran. Due to the proximity of a number of known archaeological monuments in the vicinity, testing was required. This was undertaken in June 2005. Nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered.
