Testing of four proposed development sites at Townlands, Rosscarbery, Co. Cork, was undertaken as part of an impact assessment. The proposed sites are located at Rear Lane, Rosscarbery, to the north of a star-shaped fort (SMR 143:98). No archaeological finds or features were uncovered during testing.
