This site on the N9/N10 Kilcullen to Waterford road scheme comprised a possible curvilinear slot-trench, stake-holes and a number of probable pits situated either side of a field boundary ditch. One of the pits was half-sectioned and produced possible Bronze Age pottery, sandstone (not found locally) and cremated bone in its fill. On the basis of the finds from this feature, it was decided to leave the remaining features unexcavated until the resolution phase of work.
