Monitoring of topsoil-stripping along the line of the proposed road and the manual excavation of exposed archaeological features continued for several weeks beyond the period reported in Excavations 2004 (No. 57). On-site work finished in early May 2005. A second Neolithic house, a sixth fulacht fiadh and a variety of pits, spreads and drains were uncovered in this latter phase.
