Testing was undertaken at this site in response to planning conditions. Two gullies, one containing a piece of struck flint, and a pit which contained cremated bone were uncovered. Due to the nature of the development, it was possible to preserve the majority of these features in situ. In one area it was necessary to put a section through one of the gullies. No further artefacts were recovered.
