Testing was carried out at this development site, which is adjacent to the site of Duncormick's medieval church. Fifteen trenches were excavated throughout the site. A system of post-medieval furrows was encountered as well as several ditches, which are likely to be medieval in origin and which may form an enclosure around the site of the medieval church.
