Demolition of existing outbuildings and groundworks for a new development behind 82 O'Connell Street, Dungarvan, were monitored in late February/early March 2004. All the demolished buildings post-dated the 19th-century standing building beside O'Connell Street. No material predating the demolished buildings (19th-century) was found in the footprint of the new development.
