Monitoring of the demolition of a structure in advance of the development of the site was undertaken at Church Street. Testing had previously been carried out on the site (Excavations 2002, No. 1769). The site lies adjacent to the zone of archaeological potential for the historic town of Tipperary. No ex-situ fragments of archaeological or architectural interest were noted during the monitoring of the demolition.
