Testing of the development site revealed a number of possible archaeological features, in addition to a large number of agricultural features such as furrows. No artefacts or datable material were found in association with any of the features. Pit- and post-hole-type features containing charcoal and burnt stone were identified in the south-west corner of the site. A curvilinear gully was also uncovered.
