Monitoring of groundworks for a dwelling house was carried out. The driveway, measuring 4m wide and 60m long, and house area, measuring 26m by 20m, were stripped of topsoil. The foundations were dug in the rectangular area. The monitoring revealed no material of an archaeological nature.
