Monitoring of groundworks associated with the construction of a single house was carried out at 10 Treaty Terrace. The site is located on the west bank of the River Shannon in the Thomond Gate area of Limerick city and is within the zone of archaeological potential for the historic town of Limerick. In total, three foundation trenches were excavated. Nothing of archaeological significance was noted during the monitoring.
