Test-trenching in conjunction with an archaeological assessment was undertaken at Pike's Row in advance of a development. The development is located in the vicinity of the zone of archaeological potential for the historic town of Limerick. A single trench was excavated, measuring 5m in length by 1.5m wide, and this was excavated to a depth of 1.8m. Nothing of archaeological significance was noted.
