Monitoring took place of ground disturbance works for a house site adjacent to a hut site at Termons, Waterville. A 20m buffer zone around the hut site was observed. Topsoil cover on site was shallow and comprised a dark-brown, spongy peat. The subsoil was recorded at a depth of 0.4m and bedrock was encountered at an average depth of 0.5m. No archaeological features or artefacts were recorded.
