Planning permission was granted for a development of seventeen detached and 44 semi-detached houses with ancillary site works and roads at Listry crossroads. An impact assessment with testing was undertaken. Nineteen trenches were excavated across the site by a mechanical digger using a 2m-wide flat ditching bucket. No archaeological features or artefacts were recorded in any of the trenches.
