This development involved the demolition of a disused two-storey farmhouse and the construction of a new dwelling with associated site works at Letter, Caherciveen. An assessment with test-trenches was conducted in November 2004. Three trenches were excavated mechanically across the area of the development and no archaeological deposits were recorded.
