Pre-development testing was carried out at a site at Aghabeg East, Lixnaw. The development consisted of the construction of an extension to a dwelling house and associated services. The site is located just outside the zone of archaeological potential for an enclosure site (SMR 15:50). Five trenches were excavated along the footprint of the proposed extension. No archaeological finds or features were uncovered during testing.
