Prior to office construction and associated works, a small post-medieval refuse pit was revealed cut into the yellow natural clay. Limited excavation into the fill revealed four sherds of post-medieval ware. Some small animal bone fragments and oyster and cockleshell were also present. The pit measured 0.8–1m in circumference with a depth of 1.5m. A small post-medieval wooden vessel was located in Trench B and was left in situ. The remainder of the site did not reveal any evidence of archaeological deposits.
