Archaeological features were identified as a result of monitoring by Melanie McQuaid in 2003 (Excavations 2003, No. 628, 03E1598). The proposed development involved the construction of an access road to facilitate construction traffic as part of the ongoing development at Tullyvale, Cherrywood, Co. Dublin.

Five pit features were recorded. Their fills were comprised of dark-grey sandy clay with charcoal and stone. A linear feature ran across the western end of the site. No datable artefacts were retrieved.
