The proposed development at Meenahorna will involve the construction of nine wind turbines, a substation and an extensive network of roads. The site consists of a hilltop located north of Ballybofey. There are no known monuments in the vicinity of the development. Seven 100m-long test-trenches were excavated across the site. No evidence of any archaeological activity was found.
