An isolated subcircular pit, measuring 1.3m by 1.4m by 0.08m deep, was the only feature uncovered in this field on the North-West Pipeline. Despite the shallowness of the feature there were three fills within it. The primary fill was a light-orange, clayey sand with charcoal flecks, overlain around the west edge by a mid- to dark-orange, sandy clay. Overlying this around the west side of the feature and directly overlying the fill around the remainder of the pit was a charcoal-flecked, loose, burnt black fill. No finds were recovered from the feature.
