It is proposed to develop Ditchley House, listed as a protected structure (RPS No. 005202) in the Cork County Development of 2003, as a hotel. A photographic survey of the house was undertaken prior to its development. Monitoring of groundworks on the site was carried out. No finds or features of an archaeological nature were noted.
