Testing of a proposed development site was carried out. The development consisted of the construction of a dwelling house and access road on a greenfield site. The site is within the constraint zone for a megalithic tomb and cist burial (SMR 27:86 and 169). Five trenches were excavated along the footprint of the proposed dwelling and access road. No archaeological finds or features were uncovered during testing.
