Pre-development testing was undertaken on a site at Killaree, Co. Cork. The site is within the constraint zone for a fulacht fiadh (SMR 2:94). Seven trenches were excavated within the development area to boulder clay level. No archaeological finds or features were uncovered in the trenches.
