Testing of a proposed development site was carried out. This development consists of the conversion of a warehouse to six apartments and groundworks to facilitate service trenches and a carpark to the rear of the structure. The site is within the zone of archaeological potential for Cloyne (SMR 88:19). Three trenches were excavated at the rear of the warehouse. No archaeological finds or features were uncovered.
