Testing was carried out as part of an assessment prior to the erection of two fully serviced dormer-style buildings. The site is situated c. 100m from SMR 38:13, an enclosure. Six trenches were excavated by mechanical digger. Trenches 1-3 tested Site 2 and 4-6 tested Site 1. All trenches measured 2m wide and 10m long. The assessment did not find any material of archaeological significance.
