It is proposed to construct a two-block residential development, with associated gardens, car parking and new access at Cock Hill, Cavan. The area of development is partially located within the zone of archaeological potential for Cavan. Testing at the site consisted of the excavation of four trenches. No features or finds of archaeological interest were uncovered as a result of the testing process.
