Monitoring took place of an excavation to erect a tourist information board 2m to the north of the court tomb. At a depth of 0.5m a stone feature containing voids was discovered. Due to the limited scale of the excavation no further investigation was undertaken, although it is possible that this feature represented part of a subterranean chamber or souterrain.
