Colum Hardy undertook archaeological investigations and monitoring under the above licence between 28 July and 1 August 2003 (No. 1977, Excavations 2003). Following transfer of the licence to the writer, monitoring of construction-related ground disturbance work was carried out between 9 and 12 September 2003. No features or material of archaeological significance came to light.
