Monitoring of the excavation works for the construction of a dwelling-house and associated site works was carried out at Timoney Hills, near Roscrea, Co. Tipperary. The site was within the confines of possible standing stone(s), but 200m to the south-west of the possible monument. No archaeological remains were uncovered in the course of groundworks.
