A licence was issued to undertake assessment and testing in advance of the development of two bungalows, including two domestic garages and bio-filter systems, within a greenfield site at Castlemoyle North, Ardmayle, Cashel. The site encompassed 1600m2. The assessment was conducted on 15 July and testing on 30 August 2003.
Three trenches measuring 60m in overall length were dug to a depth consistent with the surface of the natural subsoil. No archaeological structures or materials were encountered.
