Testing was carried out at Rahaberna/Drum East, Co. Sligo, in August 2003. The proposed development entails the construction of pipelines, reservoirs and treatment works for a group water supply scheme at Drum East and Beltra, Co. Sligo. It lies within the constraint zone of the monument Wynne’s Fort. Four test-trenches were excavated. Nothing of archaeological significance was observed during the course of testing.
