This project involved the monitoring of groundworks associated with modifications to a dam at Kilsellagh. Monitoring was mainly concentrated in the north of the site in the vicinity of a caretaker’s cottage. The stratigraphy uncovered consisted of sod and topsoil overlying natural subsoil, with no features of archaeological significance encountered.
