The site for a house in Creevykeel, Cliffoney, on a north-facing slope above a stream, was monitored. There are many sites of all periods in this area, including Creevykeel and Bunduff court tombs.
Ground alterations exposed very few stones in rich brown and brown/red dry soil. The underlying undisturbed natural contained some rounded sandstone rocks and several flat slabs of sandstone. The access road was shown to have been built up in the past with introduced material. Nothing of archaeological interest was encountered.
