It is to consist of a house, access and septic tank/percolation area. Monitoring of excavation works was carried out in December 2003. The site is near a castle (site of). The topsoil consisted of a deep rich-brown clay with small stones and some modern crockery. It rested atop a lighter, orange/brown natural clay with gravelly inclusions.
