This site consists of a half-acre plot, one mile east of the Ballyoughter crossroads, at Tullyloyd, Elphin. It is near a large enclosure. The proposed development consists of a house, access, garage and septic tank. Testing took place on 30 June 2003. Five trenches were excavated by machine to the level of undisturbed natural. No archaeological remains were revealed during the course of excavation.
