The proposed development at Slevin, to consist of a house, access, septic tank and percolation area on a half-acre site, is located on the Castleplunkett/Tulsk road. It is located near a ringfort and field system. Testing was carried out on 22 May 2003. Four trenches, measuring 10m by 1m, were excavated across the site. All were excavated to a depth of 0.4-0.6m. No archaeological features or finds were uncovered.
